<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Angiomyolipomas are benign lesions which in the majority of cases occur in kidneys. Due to the small size and asymptomatic behavior these findings are mostly incidental. They have a typical CT-appearance, which helps to make a diagnosis easily. However, in some cases, lesions detected which looks different from classical CT appearance. This include differences in structure (abscence/poor fatty component) and difrences in grown pattern (recurrence, metastasis). All this arose substantial difficulties in differential diagnosis and suspicious of malignancy. Method of treatment depends on lesion size. Small size lesions asymptomatic and not accompanied by the risks of complications that causes observation management. Large lesions can cause dangerous complications, requiring a surgical treatment, which may vary depending on a kidney parenchyma involvement.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ангиомиолипома</kwd><kwd>ангиомиолипома</kwd><kwd>ассоциированная с туберозным склерозом</kwd><kwd>эпителиоидно-клеточная ангиомиолипома</kwd><kwd>почечно-клеточная карцинома</kwd><kwd>ангиоэмболизация</kwd><kwd>резекция почки</kwd><kwd>нефрэктомия</kwd><kwd>angiomyolipoma</kwd><kwd>tuberous sclerosis associated аngiomyolipoma</kwd><kwd>epithelioid аngiomyolipoma</kwd><kwd>renal cell carcinoma</kwd><kwd>embolization</kwd><kwd>partial nephrectomy</kwd><kwd>nephrectomy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Kavoussi L.R., Andrew C.
