<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Background</title><p>Background. Urolithiasis (UCD) is a chronic disease associated with metabolic disorders in the body, which is accompanied by the formation of stones in the organs of the urinary system. Today, the problem of detecting stones in the urinary system, despite all the achievements, remains relevant (increase in morbidity, changes in living conditions (ecology, nutrition)). To solve the difficulties that arise in the process of diagnosing stones in the urinary system, as well as optimizing the diagnostic process itself, including the assessment of the information received and the formation of a protocol, it is currently proposed to use software based on artificial intelligence technologies (AI-based software).</p>
<title>Objective</title><p>Objective. A data set of 100 CT scans of the abdominal organs and urinary system was taken from Unified Radiological Information Service of the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (ERIS EMIAS) and sent for processing to two companies with software based on TII.</p>
<title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on the results of testing on the prepared data set with signs of urinary tract stones, the software based on the TII achieved high indicators of diagnostic accuracy metrics exceeding the stated indicators: area under the curve (AUC) up to 0.998 (confidence interval (CI) 0.993–1.000) (AI-2 comprehensive service for analysis of abdominal organs (AOR)), specificity up to 1.000 ((CI 0.900–1.000), sensitivity up to 1.000 (CI 1.000–1.000).</p>
<title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. High indicators of diagnostic accuracy of the software based on the TII based on the results of the analysis of the test data set showed that the TII algorithms can be used as a tool for optimizing the diagnostic process, including the detection and morphometry of urinary tract stones.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>компьютерная томография</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>нейронные сети</kwd><kwd>конкременты мочевыделительной системы</kwd><kwd>мочевыделительная система</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>computer tomography</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>neural networks</kwd><kwd>urinary tract stones</kwd><kwd>urinary system</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Данная статья подготовлена авторским коллективом в рамках НИР “Искусственный интеллект для одновременного анализа изображений и ЭМК (мультимодальный ИИ)”, в соответствии с приказом от 27.11.2025 № 1213 “Об утверждении государственных заданий, финансовое обеспечение которых осуществляется за счет средств бюджета города Москвы, государственным бюджетным (автономным) учреждениям, подведомственным Департаменту здравоохранения города Москвы, на 2026 год и плановый период 2027 и 2028 годов” Департамента здравоохранения города Москвы.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This paper was prepared by a group of authors as a part of the research and development effort titled “Artificial intelligence for synchronous evaluation of images and EHR (multimodal AI)”, in accordance with the Order No. 1213 dated November 27, 2025 "On approval of state assignments funded by means of allocations from the budget of the city of Moscow to the state budgetary (autonomous) institutions subordinate to the Moscow Health Care Department, for 2026 and the planned period of 2027 and 2028" issued by the Moscow Health Care Department. </funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Trinchieri A., Ostini F., Nespoli R. et al.
