<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review provides information on the possibilities and significance of computed tomography (CT) angiography as a method of postoperative control of cerebral aneurysms after treatment (surgical clipping or endovascular embolization). The comparison of the diagnostic value of CT and cerebral angiography as a routine method of postoperative control is shown. The possibilities of improving the methods of scanning and post-processing in the framework of CT angiography are described for better visualization of the completeness of aneurysm shutdown, as well as minimizing artifacts from surgical clips and coils.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>компьютерная томография</kwd><kwd>КТ-ангиография</kwd><kwd>магнитно-резонансная томография</kwd><kwd>МР-ангиография</kwd><kwd>церебральная ангиография</kwd><kwd>аневризма</kwd><kwd>головной мозг</kwd><kwd>субарахноидальное кровоизлияние</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>computed tomography</kwd><kwd>CT cerebral angiography</kwd><kwd>magnetic resonance imaging</kwd><kwd>MR-angiography</kwd><kwd>cerebral angiography</kwd><kwd>aneurysm</kwd><kwd>brain</kwd><kwd>subarachnoid hemorrhage</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hacein-Bey L., Provenzale J.M.
